Our standardized mezzanine framing system is meticulously engineered, featuring a foundation of steel deck supported by joists integrated into primary mezzanine beams. When design loads necessitate additional support, intermediate columns ensure the robustness of the main beams. The alignment of the top flange of the joists with that of the primary beams ensures a seamless and structurally sound connection.

The deck sheet itself is fortified with embossments on its top and sides, enhancing grip and minimizing slip by forming a secure bond with concrete, akin to traditional reinforcement practices. Beyond structural integrity, this design serves a dual purpose by providing permanent formwork, eliminating the need for the erection, removal, handling, or storage of timber/steel formwork typically associated with conventional concrete slab construction. This not only saves valuable time but also streamlines the construction process.

The advantages extend to the aesthetic realm as well. The clean, uniform, and attractive ribbed underside, known as the “soft fit,” is particularly advantageous in exposed situations, reducing the need for additional ceiling finishes and consequently cutting costs. To complement this, an MS deck sheet is incorporated to withstand suitable floor loads, creating a solid foundation that is then covered with form concrete. In essence, our mezzanine framing system seamlessly integrates durability, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal for a comprehensive and superior construction solution.
